Is ApprovalTrack free?
During the invite-only pilot, approved teams use ApprovalTrack at no cost. Pricing will be introduced as we exit pilot — current pilot teams keep their terms.
Do clients need an account?
No. Clients open a secure and private share link in any browser. No download, no signup. Decisions are logged with name, email, and timestamp.
How are files delivered to social?
Filter to all or "approved only" and download a zip at your chosen resolution. Includes a CSV of photographer credits per photo. No more confusion. No more asking, "Who took this one again?"
What about rejected files?
They stay in the gallery, marked rejected for reference. Excluded from approved-zip downloads. Trash auto-purges on your schedule.
Can I run multiple approval rounds?
Yes — sequential rounds. Internal review, then client. Each next party in line has the ability to provide additional approval or override a previous decision.
